A 3-month minimum commitment, based on your needs and goals.

Weekly 45-minute video call coaching sessions. You can also chat with me, send email, data, and documents via the free Practice Better mobile app or website portal.

You will need the following: 

  • A Whoop or Oura wearable device (device and subscription are not included in your coaching fee) to track your sleep and recovery metrics (HRV, RHR, etc). 
  • Practice Better mobile app or website portal (free account).  
  • Most importantly, you will need to be ready to do the work.

Sport-specific coaching is centered on developing skills and fitness related to the performance of that sport and overall physical fitness. Health Resilience Coaching focuses on sleep, rest, recovery, stress management, return from injury or illness, and essentially the rest of your life. It supports your sport-specific training.

Health resilience coaching focuses on your health and wellbeing. Health and fitness are two different things. This type of coaching supports you to put health and wellness as the foundations for performance, and to promote athletic longevity. I am happy to collaborate with you and your sport-specific coach.

Health resilience coaching can be beneficial at any point in your athletic journey. It meets you where you are, so you can work towards where you want to be.

On top of your game? Incorporate skills, habits, and practices to increase the likelihood of staying on top. Don’t wait until something goes wrong.
