  • This isn’t a challenge or a quick fix. It’s a 4-week coaching option designed to help you plan a strong foundation for your season—on your terms. This is can be a great option for those that are self coached or follow template coaching. Inludes one bonus session that can be used when navigating a setback or needing extra support to plan for your goal event.

  • This health coaching option supports athletes returning to training after illness, injury, or extended time away, providing a health-first approach to rebuilding resilience and consistency.

  • For athletes with an established training routine who want to address health challenges that impact performance, recovery, and well-being—including under-recovery, burnout, repetitive injury or illness cycles, and the menopause transition.

  • A personalized coaching consultation to tackle key aspects of your training, like race prep, recovery, off-season planning, or season mapping. You will provide your details ahead of time to make the session intentional and actionable, and gain practical insights to guide your next steps with clarity and focus.
