Whether you're learning to run, training for your first race, preparing for an ultramarathon, returning after time away, or training through a major life transition, Joy Before Fear coaching adapts to your current needs and goals.

What's Included:

Every athlete receives all three.

Some athletes are ready to begin with full run programming right away, supported by integrated strength training and health coaching.

Others may need to first train to train by building a stronger foundation through strength training, recovery, cross-training, and sustainable habits before increasing running load.

Others may need to begin with health coaching first, focusing on the foundational habits that support long-term health, fitness, and performance before transitioning into training to train and eventually full run programming.

As your needs change, your coaching changes too. The goal is always the same: helping you build a sustainable foundation that supports your running performance, health resilience, and quality of life.
