  • The Resilient Athlete: Return to Sport

    This health coaching option supports athletes returning to training after illness, injury, or extended time away, providing a health-first approach to rebuilding resilience and consistency.

    • Weekly 55-minute video calls to evaluate your progress, refine strategies, and adapt your plan as needed.

    • Health resilience coaching to guide your recovery, address challenges, and develop sustainable habits.

    • Tailored strategies to help you navigate your return to training with intentionality and clarity while prioritizing your overall health.

    This service focuses on creating a thoughtful, health-first process to help you rebuild your foundation for training with purpose and sustainability.

  • For athletes with an established training routine who want to address health challenges that impact performance, recovery, and well-being—including under-recovery, burnout, repetitive injury or illness cycles, and the menopause transition.

    • Weekly 55-minute video calls to evaluate your current approach and refine strategies that support your training and lifestyle.

    • Guided health assessments to identify key factors such as sleep, recovery, stress, and other barriers to well-being.

    • Health resilience coaching tailored to help you manage fatigue, performance plateaus, repetitive injuries, illness cycles, or the effects of perimenopause or menopause.

    This service helps you prioritize your health while supporting consistency and sustainability in your sport.

  • This single-session coaching option provides focused support to help you tackle specific areas of your training or planning.

    • Pre-event preparation: Fine-tune logistics and general race prep to feel ready for your A race.

    • Post-event recovery: Plan your recovery to transition smoothly back to training.

    • Off-season planning: Develop a strategy that balances rest, recovery, and meaningful progress.

    • Season mapping: Outline a sustainable and adventurous plan for the year ahead.

    Before our session, you’ll submit key details and data for review to ensure our time together is intentional and actionable. After the session, you’ll receive a clear summary of recommendations to help you move forward with clarity and purpose.

    As with all services, a consultation call is required before booking to ensure this session is a good fit for your needs

    • Began strength training in 2015-2016 with bodyweight and functional workouts; fell in love with the barbell in 2021, taking my strength training to the next level.
